COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the K-tek TX/A1/S6/0750/1.8/1/HO/FMX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lazerdata products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leuze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kti-Technologies product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lazerdata such as the LD90010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CPT30900T3 manufactured by Leuze and we are pleased to be able to service most Leuze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 61201924 by Manufacturer Kti-Technologies as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mercury Brand verado in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leuze such as CR30150S equipment made by Leuze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leuze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leuze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SD4757 made by Mj-Tooling as well as the popular 13136900C original spares produced by Mettler Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 13136900B by Mettler and CR30150S spares by Leuze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7878002448V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leuze. |
