COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the K-tek TX/A1/S6/0750/1.8/1/HO/FMX parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-Motion products, including obsoleted and phased-out Merrick parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mesa-Labs-Datatracer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Motion such as the DS100S138 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 15601 manufactured by Merrick and we are pleased to be able to service most Merrick systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6200STFN06 by Manufacturer Mesa-Labs-Datatracer as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Leuze Brand HRTL46B66S12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leine--Linde such as 632006211 equipment made by Leine--Linde have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leine--Linde products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leine--Linde" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 180211 made by Martek as well as the popular IPRK9544L2 original spares produced by Leuze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CMF100M339NU by Micro-Motion and 632006211 spares by Leine--Linde are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SM80N0100BV2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ls. |
