COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Jumptec CSS91 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Keb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keyence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Keb such as the 16F5GBGYA00 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 509991599R11 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GT72CP by Manufacturer Keyence as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand EX422V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kawasaki such as 601011021 equipment made by Kawasaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kawasaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kawasaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GPM100 made by Keyence as well as the popular 509991701 original spares produced by Kawasaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 509991563R22 by Kawasaki and 601011021 spares by Kawasaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 13F4C0G4G00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keb.
