COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Jumptec CSS91 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Karl-Mayer product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 506071405 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 05F4C1D4A0114 manufactured by Keb and we are pleased to be able to service most Keb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BE554 by Manufacturer Karl-Mayer as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand A11000 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Keyence such as GLR31F equipment made by Keyence have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keyence products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keyence" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6CC201G3DPAEKJ1 made by Kawasaki as well as the popular AT210 original spares produced by Keyence

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PT9300D by Kele and GLR31F spares by Keyence are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MMI1500S Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kep.
