COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Joyce Dayton 8640803 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jtekt products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kajaani parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keepkite product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jtekt such as the TYD spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the A4150134 manufactured by Kajaani and we are pleased to be able to service most Kajaani systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KLP423MAS1B by Manufacturer Keepkite as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keb Brand 19F5A1HRLP2 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Keb such as 10F5C1BLA0A equipment made by Keb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Keb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Keb" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available EX8208FANS made by Juniper-Networks as well as the popular 509991599R11 original spares produced by Kawasaki Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 509992985 by Kawasaki and 10F5C1BLA0A spares by Keb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CAHX048C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence. |
