COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Joslyn Clark 713UPDG-76 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Phoenix products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jumo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Potter product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Phoenix such as the IBIL24DO8MAC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 40436602346740550220 manufactured by Jumo and we are pleased to be able to service most Jumo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JMF112061 by Manufacturer Potter as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand 884110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by North-Electric such as 517628 equipment made by North-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire North-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "North-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PNOZM1PETH made by Pilz as well as the popular SEL311L0311L0JCC425651XX original spares produced by Schweitzer Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 24781 by Wholenberg and 517628 spares by North-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPM2B32C2DRD Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Omron. |
