COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Joslyn Clark 5UH2-2-76 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lockheed-Martin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ktron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the PIE2NKUH110V220V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7705581G1 manufactured by Lockheed-Martin and we are pleased to be able to service most Lockheed-Martin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 9191001060A by Manufacturer Ktron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Magnecraft Brand 11HSX327 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Phoenix such as PSIMOSPROFIBFO850 equipment made by Phoenix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Phoenix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Phoenix" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available KemetT494D475K050AS made by Kemet as well as the popular CDC3930023 original spares produced by Potter Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 34005002 by Rocker-Industries and PSIMOSPROFIBFO850 spares by Phoenix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SE00110 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sensall. |
