COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kt-Kearney--Trecker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kaiser product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kt-Kearney--Trecker such as the 12171202 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 509991384R02 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 110142715 by Manufacturer Kaiser as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Juki Brand E860721OAO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kern such as Konsole equipment made by Kern have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kern products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kern" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 07F4S2C1220 made by Keb as well as the popular 09F5B1BPE00 original spares produced by Keb

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the EX422V by Keyence and Konsole spares by Kern are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 85008x6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kensington-Laboratories.
