COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Johnson Controls LP DIS65P00 0C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hitech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electro-Cam parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electro-Cam product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hitech such as the PWS1711CTN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ps502410m09 manufactured by Electro-Cam and we are pleased to be able to service most Electro-Cam systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PS640024001 by Manufacturer Electro-Cam as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand NS10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Schneider such as MPCNA20NNN00N equipment made by Schneider have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Schneider products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Schneider" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MCD211021100000 made by Barber-Colman as well as the popular MT508TV45GEV original spares produced by Weintek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MCS2R00A by Red-Lion and MPCNA20NNN00N spares by Schneider are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCD7D457STCF Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Saia. |
