COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Johnson Controls D-473-2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keenso parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 509982252 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Keen manufactured by Keenso and we are pleased to be able to service most Keenso systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 15F5C1EY50A by Manufacturer Keb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kawasaki Brand 509991484 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kearney-And-Trecker such as 120410 equipment made by Kearney-And-Trecker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kearney-And-Trecker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kearney-And-Trecker" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 506071048R03 made by Kawasaki as well as the popular U4300115A original spares produced by Kajaani Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 0558200 by Keb and 120410 spares by Kearney-And-Trecker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VG2231TM916GGA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Johnson-Controls. |
