COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Jie-asiadrive JRST40/40:1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mannesmann products, including obsoleted and phased-out Leeson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kop-Flex product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mannesmann such as the S0633531No14413761 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BM81820L56 manufactured by Leeson and we are pleased to be able to service most Leeson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 212WEBSLV0799 by Manufacturer Kop-Flex as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kone Brand EHV2120F160 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lube--Falk such as 1025G10 equipment made by Lube--Falk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lube--Falk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lube--Falk" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GA92902012 made by Kaydon as well as the popular L110X1625 original spares produced by Love-Joy Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K50R60Z0WB3 by Kel-tech and 1025G10 spares by Lube--Falk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E26SF184C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leroy-Somer. |
