COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Jetter JL3-0130-26-3RVPF2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Juki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 509991186 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M8601590AA0 manufactured by Juki and we are pleased to be able to service most Juki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 01S4D2E3011 by Manufacturer Keb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keba Brand 3HAC02319500104 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Joslyn-Clark such as 713UPA equipment made by Joslyn-Clark have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Joslyn-Clark products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Joslyn-Clark" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 11FOR110000 made by Keb as well as the popular FR414600 original spares produced by Jokab Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 509991914R00 by Kawasaki and 713UPA spares by Joslyn-Clark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FR4K2500 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jokab-Safety. |
