COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Jetter DIMA4-ES-8-MINI parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Joslyn-Clark products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Keb product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Joslyn-Clark such as the 354115A2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the B3SM0006400 manufactured by Keb and we are pleased to be able to service most Keb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 16F4C1G4001 by Manufacturer Keb as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kawasaki Brand 509991650R10 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jikon such as COX10D equipment made by Jikon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jikon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jikon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9P6H2GC2ZK made by Keb as well as the popular D31532 original spares produced by Johnson-Controls Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 12F4C1D4M0014 by Keb and COX10D spares by Jikon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 12U0400222RevB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kardex. |
