COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Jeol 183022 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jikon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jokab-Safety parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Johnson-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jikon such as the COX10D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2TLA022202R1000 manufactured by Jokab-Safety and we are pleased to be able to service most Jokab-Safety systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D32443 by Manufacturer Johnson-Controls as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keb Brand 12F5C3B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Juki such as E860721 equipment made by Juki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Juki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Juki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 12069606 made by Kearney--Trecker as well as the popular P60613200LCPUA original spares produced by Kawasaki

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SC2MCS77601 by Kaeser and E860721 spares by Juki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1GY31 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki.
