COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Jeffrey Power Trans 5V33-985-LI parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kop-Flex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kumera parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Link-Belt product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kop-Flex such as the SERIESHSIZE3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XTA2125 manufactured by Kumera and we are pleased to be able to service most Kumera systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 113738 by Manufacturer Link-Belt as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kone Brand HSC31401FY400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kop-Flex such as 212WEBSLV0799 equipment made by Kop-Flex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kop-Flex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kop-Flex" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HAT12 made by Lampin as well as the popular 68514438156 original spares produced by Love-Joy Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AL150 by Love-Joy and 212WEBSLV0799 spares by Kop-Flex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 342515A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Klingelnberg. |
