COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Japan Servo KP56KM2-018 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Watt-Drive product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the is45000HV manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature K16970605948 by Manufacturer Watt-Drive as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand HASH352CK in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as HCH353BS equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HDX115C688S1 made by Parker as well as the popular HA100CBS original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IEC60034 by Lafert and HCH353BS spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HP2002010A095SS538 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mectrol. |
