COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Japan Servo EW32EAG parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kc-5 products, including obsoleted and phased-out Keb parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Katsa-Vaihde product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kc-5 such as the A4104079 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 10F5C3BZA00 manufactured by Keb and we are pleased to be able to service most Keb systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KV1007KF2 by Manufacturer Katsa-Vaihde as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kawasaki Brand 509991484 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jordan-Controls such as LA11100140 equipment made by Jordan-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jordan-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jordan-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 01S4D2E3011 made by Keb as well as the popular 77U035 original spares produced by Joslyn-Clark Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 71314280 by Jungheinrich and LA11100140 spares by Jordan-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 07F02001228 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keb. |
