COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Jamesbury VPVL650-SR4/5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kvfs-Drivecon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Johnson-Controls product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kvfs-Drivecon such as the KVFS475EF spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BDS520300000104A2030 manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VFD68BHG2 by Manufacturer Johnson-Controls as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kollmorgen Brand BDS4A230J0016B802A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnetek such as GPD51CB080 equipment made by Magnetek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnetek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnetek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 952011674700 made by Kb-Electronics as well as the popular GPD506VA080 original spares produced by Magnetek Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BDS5A10300010104A2030 by Kollmorgen and GPD51CB080 spares by Magnetek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BLU1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keyence. |
