COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Jamesbury ERV-50-01-Q-CS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kearney--Trecker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kammann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kawasaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kearney--Trecker such as the 12171101 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HANDTERMINAL manufactured by Kammann and we are pleased to be able to service most Kammann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SDPC2 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Jamesbury Brand VPVL200SR4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kc-5 such as A4104079 equipment made by Kc-5 have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kc-5 products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kc-5" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available RSWJ62U3k made by Joyce-Dayton as well as the popular CANPCI21O original spares produced by Janztec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HP05AA376 by Joslyn-Clark and A4104079 spares by Kc-5 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 509991246R10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki. |
