COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Jamesbury 815W-11-2236TTC parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lenze products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kollmorgen parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kla-tencor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lenze such as the ESV552N04TXC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 403AC manufactured by Kollmorgen and we are pleased to be able to service most Kollmorgen systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 0025040000 by Manufacturer Kla-tencor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Logicomm Brand 1087837A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kollmorgen such as SR202002G604A equipment made by Kollmorgen have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kollmorgen products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kollmorgen" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TPD3400400 made by Klockner-Moeller as well as the popular 215THTL7726 original spares produced by Marathon-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KEYENCELV21A by Keyence and SR202002G604A spares by Kollmorgen are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original BDS4A103H0015105A21P Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kollmorgen. |
