COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Jameco Reliapro 57BYG084-R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Laird-Technologies products, including obsoleted and phased-out Marathon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Love-Joy product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Laird-Technologies such as the ES6X46AC410M spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the KV8215TTTS7050ASL manufactured by Marathon and we are pleased to be able to service most Marathon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature U150R by Manufacturer Love-Joy as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lenze Brand LenzeMDEMABR10012C0U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mag-Cincinnati such as L613026001003 equipment made by Mag-Cincinnati have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mag-Cincinnati products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mag-Cincinnati" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 61F1024F6 made by Kone as well as the popular 257860A original spares produced by Klingelnberg Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 4100202600 by Kinney and L613026001003 spares by Mag-Cincinnati are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10FS5814 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Linn. |
