COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Jae Japan Aviation Electronics ACC-Y-LF parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Juniper parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kawasaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 27BM08ABBE20 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DPCER20 manufactured by Juniper and we are pleased to be able to service most Juniper systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TM6424 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keb Brand 05F5B0APM00 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jetter such as JL30130263RVPF2 equipment made by Jetter have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jetter products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jetter" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available E860721OAO made by Juki as well as the popular 09F5CBBYA0310E5T60A071 original spares produced by Keb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the K80 by Kamco and JL30130263RVPF2 spares by Jetter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M9116GGA1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Johnson-Controls. |
