COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the J-mar Precision Systems MST-Z-02-PIMM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kawasaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson-Pump/mayfair parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kaye product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kawasaki such as the 509991809R30 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 102457051 manufactured by Johnson-Pump/mayfair and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson-Pump/mayfair systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B0955 by Manufacturer Kaye as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kawasaki Brand 506071133 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kawasaki such as 509991246R10 equipment made by Kawasaki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kawasaki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kawasaki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 14F5C1D380A made by Keb as well as the popular 01S4D2E3011 original spares produced by Keb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XR5 by Kawasaki and 509991246R10 spares by Kawasaki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original K80 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kamco. |
