COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Itw 7206-1177203-0077561 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kardex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Joslyn-Clard parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Joyce-Dayton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kardex such as the 12M0400192 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 77356349A3 manufactured by Joslyn-Clard and we are pleased to be able to service most Joslyn-Clard systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WJ1000 by Manufacturer Joyce-Dayton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kb-Electronics Brand KBRG240G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Janitza such as UMG96S equipment made by Janitza have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Janitza products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Janitza" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TS11 made by Kasuga as well as the popular 07F4C1D3420 original spares produced by Keb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SRX240 by Juniper-Networks and UMG96S spares by Janitza are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 509991701 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki. |
