COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Itt Torque Systems MH2130-235D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gettys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fanuc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gettys such as the M433FNN00201 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M483887 manufactured by Fanuc and we are pleased to be able to service most Fanuc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MA94762 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Honeywell Brand M6285A1005 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Waukesha-Cherry-burrell such as M38BP820805 equipment made by Waukesha-Cherry-burrell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Waukesha-Cherry-burrell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Waukesha-Cherry-burrell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDI3MRQ42B2 made by Schneider as well as the popular M2AA100LB4 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MDD112BN030N2L130PA0 by Rexroth and M38BP820805 spares by Waukesha-Cherry-burrell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MACDB025LIB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ormec. |
