COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kearfott products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jbl-Systems parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kawasaki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kearfott such as the 18151015 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DD3GL150 manufactured by Jbl-Systems and we are pleased to be able to service most Jbl-Systems systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 509991484 by Manufacturer Kawasaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Juki Brand E860721OAO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Itw such as A1226800 equipment made by Itw have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Itw products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Itw" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 509991212 made by Kawasaki as well as the popular EX820048F original spares produced by Juniper

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XR5 by Kawasaki and A1226800 spares by Itw are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 12171202 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kt-Kearney--Trecker.
