COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Istech IST200-5T15GB parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jena-Tec products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawasaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Itw product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jena-Tec such as the 72560 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 509992384 manufactured by Kawasaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawasaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 106094 by Manufacturer Itw as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kawasaki Brand TM6424 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Juniper-Networks such as EX8208FANS equipment made by Juniper-Networks have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Juniper-Networks products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Juniper-Networks" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GT2108EDXXM made by Itt as well as the popular MUBW5012A8 original spares produced by Ixys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the G72221 by Kavlico and EX8208FANS spares by Juniper-Networks are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original T13AA3A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Joslyn-Clark. |
