COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Isi PC07D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kadia products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kawaguchi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Itw product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kadia such as the EAU0100022 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EUACIK510MA manufactured by Kawaguchi and we are pleased to be able to service most Kawaguchi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RCP by Manufacturer Itw as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Jlem Brand SS10401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Juki such as E864715OAO equipment made by Juki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Juki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Juki" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 506071348R01 made by Kawasaki as well as the popular AS7012 original spares produced by Jomar

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 506321028 by Kawasaki and E864715OAO spares by Juki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PE606T01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jlem.
