COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ironman GR6180539.16 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kop-Flex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mannesmann parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Marathon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kop-Flex such as the 35SB0607 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T10B331 manufactured by Mannesmann and we are pleased to be able to service most Mannesmann systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 256TTFN65262025EZ256B6 by Manufacturer Marathon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kop-Flex Brand 212WFHUB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Klozure such as 240602657 equipment made by Klozure have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Klozure products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Klozure" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 1CYE1 made by Love-Joy as well as the popular 512HFHUB original spares produced by Kop-Flex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 1025G10 by Lube--Falk and 240602657 spares by Klozure are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 212BORE Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kop-Flex. |
