COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ironhorse WG-175-010-R parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Love-Joy products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kop-Flex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 K-power-Products product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Love-Joy such as the 69790409827 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 50EHUBTLX1615 manufactured by Kop-Flex and we are pleased to be able to service most Kop-Flex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 81S2503 by Manufacturer K-power-Products as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Love-Joy Brand 38577 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Kingsbury such as 308100 equipment made by Kingsbury have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kingsbury products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kingsbury" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BW1002 made by Island-Components as well as the popular 141050610 original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BMQ82630R56 by Ironman and 308100 spares by Kingsbury are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PEZS48100KKIDNR068577 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Koellman. |
