COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ironhorse WG-175-005-H+140202934 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lord-Corp products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kastalon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Komatsu product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lord-Corp such as the J729311 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PX7812631 manufactured by Kastalon and we are pleased to be able to service most Kastalon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 4186205000 by Manufacturer Komatsu as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Link-Belt Brand 113738 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lenze such as GST062KVBR0901216D equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GKS063MHAR112022 made by Lenze as well as the popular 204GGD002 original spares produced by Mah-Machines Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NJ309RC3TY by Koyo and GST062KVBR0901216D spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original W832902519 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson. |
