COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ironhorse WG-175-005-H+140202934 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lambda-Electronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Joylove parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mj-Tooling product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lambda-Electronics such as the PFC05003AHZ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 00062C15 manufactured by Joylove and we are pleased to be able to service most Joylove systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SD7807 by Manufacturer Mj-Tooling as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Love-Joy Brand 3210G in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Leeson such as M114512400 equipment made by Leeson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Leeson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Leeson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 16Y3JC45112B made by Man-Diesel as well as the popular 50EHUBTLX1615 original spares produced by Kop-Flex Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the HSC21402F250 by Kone and M114512400 spares by Leeson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 111514DB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Link-Belt. |
