COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Iron Man TXMQ2-4-140 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Emerson products, including obsoleted and phased-out Automation-Direct parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ambitech product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Emerson such as the ST402CS6 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SVL204 manufactured by Automation-Direct and we are pleased to be able to service most Automation-Direct systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS2A2S by Manufacturer Ambitech as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand SGMP02AW14B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Elau such as SM07060010P145M1B0 equipment made by Elau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Elau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Elau" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SS25M1093 made by Superior as well as the popular SGMGV05A3A6CSGMGV05A3A6C original spares produced by Yasakawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SSR0402AY05064 by Sterling and SM07060010P145M1B0 spares by Elau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SV1016B010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Busch. |
