COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Iron Horse MTC-015-3BD18 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lenze parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the MKD073B061KG0KN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MGFRKTA10022 manufactured by Lenze and we are pleased to be able to service most Lenze systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MPLB520KSJ72AAPNPN12311 by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mitsubishi Brand MRJ3W44B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Intek such as MPM892488 equipment made by Intek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Intek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Intek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MPM891FRMEBM made by Custom-Servo-Motor-Inc. as well as the popular MO93FD8822 original spares produced by Superior Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MR2A3 by Mr-2a-3 and MPM892488 spares by Intek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPC892X114370 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Intek. |
