COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ite products, including obsoleted and phased-out Joy parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Itoh-Denki product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ite such as the RV464G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6018782 manufactured by Joy and we are pleased to be able to service most Joy systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ORGS2015003200 by Manufacturer Itoh-Denki as well.

Spare units by Kajaani-Metso such as A4300008V11 equipment made by Kajaani-Metso have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 30397212 made by Kannetsu as well as the popular M9210GGA3 original spares produced by Johnson-Controls

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 508171183R01 by Kawasaki and A4300008V11 spares by Kajaani-Metso are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D32444 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Johnson-Controls.
