COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Ircon MR-6015-14F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mts products, including obsoleted and phased-out Magnetrol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kohler product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mts such as the RHT0065VD601V01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 0488502009 manufactured by Magnetrol and we are pleased to be able to service most Magnetrol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KCTAMTA0230S by Manufacturer Kohler as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kistler Brand 9712A5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ll-Rowe such as 41110 equipment made by Ll-Rowe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ll-Rowe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ll-Rowe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 160620k made by Lebow as well as the popular 890245 original spares produced by K-Flow Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SD4R14450E by Leuze and 41110 spares by Ll-Rowe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FIS61000035G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Microscan. |
