COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Invertek ODP-2-24010-3HF42-SN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Junkers products, including obsoleted and phased-out Joyce-Dayton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ironton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Junkers such as the 87172042570 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the QC1056 manufactured by Joyce-Dayton and we are pleased to be able to service most Joyce-Dayton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2108T052 by Manufacturer Ironton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Joslyn-Clark Brand MVC77U034A5076125 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Iq-Automation such as Flatman equipment made by Iq-Automation have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iq-Automation products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iq-Automation" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SP18SR80 made by Jamesbury as well as the popular EUACIK510MA original spares produced by Kawaguchi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E860721OAO by Juki and Flatman spares by Iq-Automation are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 10999mh00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kawasaki. |
