COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Invensys TPC-15X-SS-2BMXA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cognex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hach parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cognex such as the VSS8100DVX020PRevAOptA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V4SB110KG manufactured by Hach and we are pleased to be able to service most Hach systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 45PVE1LEB4F4 by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Telemecanique Brand XBTH012110 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Trane such as X1365038901RevB equipment made by Trane have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Trane products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Trane" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 4091030001 made by Ametek as well as the popular CMF100M010NQBUEZZZ original spares produced by Micromotion Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WS12750420AL10SAB2 by Asm and X1365038901RevB spares by Trane are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D597351 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Accuweb. |
