COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Invensys ENCL-MZ800-PAN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Micro-Epsilon products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fanuc product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Micro-Epsilon such as the ILD230020 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GNT0137100R0002 manufactured by Asea and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IC697CSE784 by Manufacturer Fanuc as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fanuc Brand IC697BEM741 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Computer-Conversion such as HX9011GT equipment made by Computer-Conversion have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Computer-Conversion products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Computer-Conversion" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GT1ID32ML made by Omron as well as the popular GN3J594001 original spares produced by Ormec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GP570SC2124VP by Proface and HX9011GT spares by Computer-Conversion are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC693MDL753F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Fanuc. |
