COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Invensys 3000604-100 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jbt-Foodtech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Johnson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jefferson-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jbt-Foodtech such as the EMC1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2726459 manufactured by Johnson and we are pleased to be able to service most Johnson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 2110181055 by Manufacturer Jefferson-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kardex Brand 12U0400222RevB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Jokab-Safety such as JSDTD25P4A equipment made by Jokab-Safety have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Jokab-Safety products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Jokab-Safety" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 672PAO457 made by Jeumont-Schneider as well as the popular MWIA52454B original spares produced by Japax Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A4300008 by Kajaani-Electronics and JSDTD25P4A spares by Jokab-Safety are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 75400P145 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kahn. |
