COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Introl Design AC1000-203B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kaijo-Sonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Isel-Automation parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jamesbury product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kaijo-Sonic such as the Main spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 230001 manufactured by Isel-Automation and we are pleased to be able to service most Isel-Automation systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VPVLSS51DA by Manufacturer Jamesbury as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kawasaki Brand 1CY30 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ivc such as NP606S equipment made by Ivc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ivc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ivc" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ILA128001 made by Isystem as well as the popular TYD original spares produced by Jtekt Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P30001226H by Ipg-Photonics-Fs and NP606S spares by Ivc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC07D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Isi. |
