COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Introl Design 336-21 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Isi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ir-Robot parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Inventron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Isi such as the PC014E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the L12100P03 manufactured by Ir-Robot and we are pleased to be able to service most Ir-Robot systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature EP0024600D by Manufacturer Inventron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Juki Brand E861721OAO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Invertek such as ODE32400583F42 equipment made by Invertek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Invertek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Invertek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CU200211MCPBS31A made by Ise as well as the popular QP1C original spares produced by Jamesbury Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D31536003 by Johnson-Controls and ODE32400583F42 spares by Invertek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MT125F4R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kamo-Seiko. |
