COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intralox SERIES 2200 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lutz-Kracht-Lukra parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magpower product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the NU215R1C3FY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HILM0AC211 manufactured by Lutz-Kracht-Lukra and we are pleased to be able to service most Lutz-Kracht-Lukra systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature GBBM90 by Manufacturer Magpower as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has John-Dusenbery Brand 40 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Magnaloy-Coupling such as M800R equipment made by Magnaloy-Coupling have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Magnaloy-Coupling products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Magnaloy-Coupling" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BR125UH made by Kamo-Seiko as well as the popular S625 original spares produced by Makishinko Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KDRULA25H by Kdr-line-Reactors and M800R spares by Magnaloy-Coupling are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HSC31802F100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kone. |
