COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intorq 14.800.08.11.1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Love-Joy products, including obsoleted and phased-out Lufkin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 L.-Kissling--Co product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Love-Joy such as the 39521 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T340C manufactured by Lufkin and we are pleased to be able to service most Lufkin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ZQ246 by Manufacturer L.-Kissling--Co as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Link-Belt Brand RC602 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Love-Joy such as U150R equipment made by Love-Joy have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Love-Joy products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Love-Joy" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C35HUBRSB made by Love-Joy as well as the popular RD3151X5 original spares produced by Jason Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 46320 by Lintech and U150R spares by Love-Joy are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original GR830019900T830GR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iron-Man. |
