COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intermotive AFIS401VS parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ironhorse products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kastalon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magpower product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ironhorse such as the WG175010R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SS4000055326 manufactured by Kastalon and we are pleased to be able to service most Kastalon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSB1590V by Manufacturer Magpower as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lutz-Kracht-Lukra Brand HILM0AC211 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mac-Tools such as CLD210M equipment made by Mac-Tools have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mac-Tools products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mac-Tools" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available D331 made by Jervis-B-Webb as well as the popular GKLBMQ62620L56 original spares produced by Iron-Man Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NM6000 by Lufkin and CLD210M spares by Mac-Tools are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original L613026001003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mag-Cincinnati. |
