COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intermatic PG1000-480-3Y parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Jaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jetter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Isa product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Jaskawa such as the JZNCTU7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LCD7 manufactured by Jetter and we are pleased to be able to service most Jetter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 00F50601000 by Manufacturer Isa as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Itd Brand PCBSPINMOD1B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ironman such as GRBMQ82425L140 equipment made by Ironman have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ironman products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ironman" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5230 made by Ixrf-Systems-4460 as well as the popular GI331022C323 original spares produced by Ivo Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IST2005T15GB by Istech and GRBMQ82425L140 spares by Ironman are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PE606T01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Jlem. |
