COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Intergraph 517526-9040 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Iq-Automation products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jlem parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Karl-E-Brinkmann product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Iq-Automation such as the Flatman spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PE1002T01 manufactured by Jlem and we are pleased to be able to service most Jlem systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature A3SM00062 by Manufacturer Karl-E-Brinkmann as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Isi Brand PC07C5 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Johnson-Controls such as EDA81021101 equipment made by Johnson-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available rp151 made by Jennings as well as the popular 5641D original spares produced by Ite Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SC2MCS77601 by Kaeser and EDA81021101 spares by Johnson-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCB422 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Intergraph. |
