COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Interface SMT2 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Johnson-Pump/mayfair products, including obsoleted and phased-out Kamoseiko-Corp parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jumptec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Johnson-Pump/mayfair such as the 102457051 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 9111306 manufactured by Kamoseiko-Corp and we are pleased to be able to service most Kamoseiko-Corp systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CSS91 by Manufacturer Jumptec as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ironman Brand BMQ82425L140 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ironton such as 2108T052 equipment made by Ironton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ironton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ironton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UGNZ made by Isliker-Magnete as well as the popular 72561 original spares produced by Jena-Tec

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the P499RFAT511C by Johnson-Controls and 2108T052 spares by Ironton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KK77C6 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Iwatsu.
