COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Interface Lbm LBM-10K-468 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Itoh-Denki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iroman-Gear parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Jamesbury-Stonel product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Itoh-Denki such as the PM486FS5328D024P2OS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GR818013500 manufactured by Iroman-Gear and we are pleased to be able to service most Iroman-Gear systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VPVL200 by Manufacturer Jamesbury-Stonel as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Isel-Automation Brand 2344A3500A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Interscan such as 117LD equipment made by Interscan have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Interscan products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Interscan" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2726459 made by Johnson as well as the popular IMD008 original spares produced by Island-Components Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the RBS001AC by Jsk and 117LD spares by Interscan are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D32462 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Johnson-Controls. |
