COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Interface 9834-V-1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Joslyn products, including obsoleted and phased-out Introl-Design parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Janz-Janztec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Joslyn such as the T13U03076 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AC1000203B manufactured by Introl-Design and we are pleased to be able to service most Introl-Design systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MODPCI4 by Manufacturer Janz-Janztec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Jokab Brand FR414600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Itoh such as PM486FE6057D024P2 equipment made by Itoh have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Itoh products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Itoh" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 113i made by Interroll as well as the popular VPVL200DABD original spares produced by Jamesbury Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 5DP301200 by Joslyn-Clark and PM486FE6057D024P2 spares by Itoh are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RV464G Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ite. |
